A Day in the Life: Cody

My name is Cody Cranson and I like to play soccer. When I'm not playing soccer I'm studying, working on my Mechanical Engineering degree at Colorado State University, where I'm a senior. I'm also getting a minor in Anatomy and Neurobiology and working towards a certificate in Biomedical Engineering. I plan on going to graduate school after this year, here at CSU for BME. I am a Christian and I enjoy going to worship services and bible studies with friends. Oh yeah, and I love baseball....and rock climbing.

The subconcious

I'm not sure exactly why, but I've been having these unsettling dreams lately.  They been leaving me with feelings of anxiousness and general nervousness.  Also, for some reason when I write my blogs, I feel some sort of obligation to my readers, of which I know there are none, but nonetheless, I feel as if I owe them more than the random wanderings of my convoluted thoughts.  Maybe that's what they want...who knows?

Anyway, I'm really excited; Nickey and I...well, just Nickey really...found these awesome apartments/condos/townhomes in North Carolina, just outside of Chapel Hill.  They were made out of an old cotton mill, and they are gorgeous.  It really got me excited to have a nice place of our own finally.  Not a dirty, smelly hole like we live in now.  Guess that's just a little more incentive to work all that much harder to finish my thesis.  Love you, Nickey.

A glorious awakening

While I've never been one for sharing my thoughts and feelings with the world (I am male, after all), I have reached the conclusion that for the betterment of myself, I am going to embark upon an epic journey of self-discovery...yeah, right.  I think that some form of self-expression might help me at this point, being that I am frustrated by many things that are currently happening.  I can also use this venue to spout some of my latest meanderings.  Alright, whatever.

The softball season starts September 7th.

The schedules aren't posted yet.

I don't know when we are playing.

The team fee was $30, you can pay me if you want, I don't care.

I told them we are available Mondays after 6:00, but who knows.

Hope that helps, Cindy.

Are you achin'...(yup, yup, yup)...for some bacon

I just spent the last 10 minutes trying to find out what they actually say in that song.  Is it "yup," or "yum," or "dub"...who knows.

That being the case, I have forgotten why I decided to join in the activity in which Brian so avidly participates.

If anybody would like to play wiffle ball, please let me know.  We will set up a time to play.  That's all for now.
